It has been a nice relaxing weekend.
Catching up on sleep and just really...
getting away from the craziness and what not.

Yet my heart is troubled.
For reasons I cannot comprehend.
Reasons that are beyond my own understanding.
With a troubled heart that literally hurts.

Lord, You are my peace and comfort and I hold on to Your promises.
Let not my heart be troubled, for You are in control.
